Hey everyone, I was getting my latest monthly e-newsletter post ready to go for February (will go out this week) and I realized that I have blog readers, Facebook fans, Twitter followers, etc. who may not be aware that I also send a monthly e-newsletter with some great content on eating better and moving more.  With the barrage of emails these days, I try to keep the newsletter short and informative including quick, useful tips and/or videos.  My goal is to make this newsletter something you actually look forward to reading.

  1. There’s usually a synopsis to one longer article that you can click on and read more about.
  2. Then there’s a sidebar with recent news and some “Cut 10/Burn 10” tips that focus on quick, small changes you can make to improve your eating and physical activity habits.

That’s it.  You can probably get through the newsletter in 30 to 60 seconds and can read the linked article in a couple of minutes.

Here’s a link to my most recent newsletters so you can check them out and see if they are something you would be interested in receiving:

November 2011 – ‘Tis the Season: 3 Steps to Prevent Holiday Weight Gain

December 2011 – A Holiday Gift to Tight Muscles: 4 Self-Myofascial Release Videos

January 2012 – Revolutionizing the Resolution: Set Health and Fitness Goals that Stick

If they look good, click here to sign up for the newsletter.  Just as a heads up, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm that you want to join the newsletter (sometimes it goes to the spam folder).

If you have any questions or comments about my newsletter or content, let me know!  I can only get better with feedback from you 🙂
