About Jason, by Jason:

I was overweight and unhappy in my corporate job.  My days were full of deadlines and commitments that were not motivating to me.  I had the ability to travel all across the country for my job, but I was not savoring my life because of my work.  Something had to change.

So I decided to start making decisions for me and I decided to start savoring life.  In the following year, I lost over 30 lbs. and helped my mom, a chronic dieter who weighed between 130 and 200 pounds multiple times in her life, take control over her weight for the first time ever…at the age of 56!  It was, and still is one of the most invigorating feelings I ever had in my life.  I left my corporate job to go back to learn how to effectively use movement and nutrition to help others savor life and have never looked back.

I now view every day as an opportunity for me to help someone savor their life with the exercise they perform and the food they eat.  It’s not about perfection, it’s about building a sustainable relationship with our food, our fitness and our bodies so we can enjoy all that life has to offer.  I welcome you to contact me today to discuss how I can be of service to you in your journey to savor life every day.
